MCA Extends CCFS-2026 Deadline up to 31 August 2026
The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has extended the validity of the Companies Compliance Facilitation Scheme, 2026 (CCFS-2026). Companies with pending statutory filings now have additional time to complete their compliance requirements.

The Scheme was earlier valid only up to 15 July 2026.
Why has the deadline been extended?
MCA has stated that the extension has been granted in view of capacity enhancement and restoration activities at its data centre following the fire incident reported on 05 June 2026.
What should companies do now?
Use this window before it closes
- Identify all pending annual filings and other MCA e-forms.
- Review whether financial statements, annual returns, auditor-related forms or other statutory forms remain pending.
- Arrange board approvals, signed financials and supporting documents in advance.
- Complete filings well before 31 August 2026 to avoid last-minute portal or documentation issues.
